A couple of weeks ago we brought out our new veggie wraps to the Downtown Phoenix Public Market. They were chock full of our delicious micro-greens and aquaponically grown veggies, with a spread of our Ugly Pesto as well as some other ingredients. Originally they were wrapped in a tortilla and even though we made them fresh on Friday evening, they still got kinda soggy. Now they are back and wrapped in an extra crispy and super tasty collard green! We will have them available to purchase tomorrow at the market. Come find our booth early to get one, then you don’t have to shop on an empty stomach.
