I have been receiving a flood of requests for a new recipe from our friend Sasha of 24 Carrots. We aim to please here at Rhibafarms, so here it is your next installment of our 24 Carrots recipe series. This week's recipe is different, it's a juice recipe. I know many of you readers are avid juicers and will love this one. But I also encourage you non-juicers out there to try this one, you may just be surprised. So with no further a due, I hand it over to Sasha for your recipe.
Microgreens are often not thought of for smoothies, I imagine this is because they're so darn cute nobody could bring themselves to puree the little suckers up! However, I strongly urge you to steel your heart and dive right into the wonderful world of sprouted smoothies!
Today's is one of my favorites and a play off of a green juice we make at 24 Carrots featuring Rhibafarms fabulous wheatgrass & summer greens.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pea greens
- 1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
- 1/2 cup radish
- 1 oz wheatgrass juice
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup fresh green apple juice
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 tsp lime
- 1 avocado
Preparation
Puree together in a blender till creamy and light- enjoy this drink first thing in the morning for a bright (ahem, green) start to the day!
